Creating a Website and Writing for Content is a Money Maker

October 7, 2010 – What is the truth about Free Money? I believe there is system where you pay very little out and get a lot back in return.  You just need to put in some basic time and energy instead of cash.  Sweat equity is using your time and brain to create a business that will make a lot of money for you and your family.

First if you have access to a computer you are well on your way to a good income.  I know of a couple ways you can make money on the internet.  You can choose to be a writer.  Writing is time intensive, checking spelling, grammar not to mention posting it to a blog or website.  Websites need web content, blogging and other information, it is a fantastic way to profit.  Website owners go to places like craigslist.org and elance.com to hire people to write them 10, 20, 50, 100 articles at a time.  Not uncommon is 4 dollars for a short 350 word article.  350 words are about just over half a page in MS Word. Writing for about an hour or two you can make 30 articles.  That multiplied by 4 is $120.00!  Easy work for 2 hours of your time.  If you took longer it would still be worth it right?

Second, are you already good in some field or industry?  For instance you have managed a business for many years.  Or you have coached a little league team for a while.  How about being a mechanic for 10 years.  Let the world know about your experience with a website selling supplies, training, books, videos.  Remember your knowledge can be sold along with other related items.  People are clamboring for training to make their lives better if you offer knowledge to them.  Putting something online is very easy nowadays, you can do it yourself and save a ton of money.

Lastly, if you study some of the techniques for selling online you can offer that service to other people or businesses.  The above three examples are only a small fraction of what can be done online.  Also I would like to add a side note here.  You can also do all the items at once.  I know a friend who sets up websites.  He setups a basic website for businesses and charges them a fee.  He also writes for a blog about what he does and makes money from the popularity of that website.  He makes training videos and sell them to others that are interested in learning more about web creation.  He gives seminars in a classroom format at his local recreation center which he charges each student individually.  Most of his work is done at his home on his computer.  All the writing and web design doesn’t cost any money to do yet he can make hundreds and thousands of dollars every month.

You might say well I don’t know how to write or design a website.  I’m telling you it is ok if you don’t write well.  Most of the people online are like you and me.  They wirte about everything in their lives and in their own opinion.  It’s even better that you don’t know how write well because people will know that YOU wrote the article and not some fancy writer that was hired to write about cars but is not a mechanic.  To them you appear more real the more you tell them your point of view.  If you really don’t know something the you can find the know how online!
